Pretty sure draculas can change into wolves, right?

What I want to do: orange staring pigeon eyes, pigeon iridescence on neck. Not sure if I want ratty or fangy teeth or not. Want to turn upper-right one into a color study sometime, we’ll see. Looks a little like Red XIII to me, but I’ve never played that game
